Product features:
The product can be used for all kinds of fibers;
Having good wash-resistance by selecting suitable auxiliary agent;
High performance of anti-ultraviolet property;
Having very fine particle size and narrow distribution, giving good handle to textile and fabrics treated with the product;
Having less influence on color of the treated textiles;
Having long-lasting anti-ultraviolet effect of the treated textiles.
Application:
Anti-ultraviolet Finishing Agent EMP UV-Z can be treated on to the textiles by means of padding, exhaustion application methods.
Application usage: 4.0-6.0% of EMP UV-Z relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be treated depending on types of fabrics, fabric weight, liquid take-up.
Dry condition: 100-110℃; curing: 150℃×1-2min. (Note: treating process will depend on application condition of auxiliary agents which are used together with EMP UV-Z to improve wash-resistance)
