Application:
The product can be used to eliminate static electricity on synthetic fibers with outstanding Antistatic effect. The product can be used together with other chemicals not containing anionic agents, and the application amount is 0.5-1.0% owf.
The product can be used padding process under weak alkaline condition. And pretest must be done when other chemicals is used together with the product.
EMP ANS：0.5%～1.0%.
Padding is recommended for the product.
Example:
Fabrics: Polyester;
Padding (Pick-up rate: 60～80%.)～dry (100℃×3min)～heat-setting (180℃×1min.)
Package
25KG/plastic drum. The produce mast be kept under steal, and the shelf time is 12 months at normal temperature.
Note:
The product is cationic surfactant, and can be dissolved into water at room temperature;
The product is stable at condition of 5% dilute acid and dilute alkaline, and can decompose above 180℃;
The product can be used together with cationic and anionic surfactants, but can’t be used together with anionic surfactant.
