Appearance:
Water-soluble bixin: red to brown liquid, lump, powder or mash. The water solution is alkaline.
Oil-soluble bixin: red to brown solution or suspension liquid. Insoluble in water, soluble in oil and fats
Range of application: dessert, cream, margarine, salad oil, shortening, ice cream, corn ships, bread, macaroni, pastry, drinks, the ham, sausage, cheese,etc.
Recommended dosage: (refer to GB2760-2011)It is filled according to the normal production needs. It can be be diluted with oil or directly added to products.
