Water-soluble β-Carotene: baked food, dairy goods, drinks and candy that needs yellow pigment
Oil-soluble β-carotene: butter, margarine, shortening, edible oil and other high-fat food
Recommended dosage: It is filled according to the normal production needs and can be directly added to products. Water- soluble β-carotene can be dissolved in hot water and then added to the product ingredients.
