Features: high heat resistance, less light resistance in solution. yellow in acidic conditions, orange in alkaline conditions.It is soluble in water at low concentration but some can be dispersed at high concentration.
Range of application:( referred to GB2760-2011) seasoning, ice cream, candy, biscuit, pastry, particularly effective in instant noodles
Recommended dosage: It is filled according to the normal production needs, usually at the ratio of 0.2??~2??.
