The common property of solvent dyes is that they have good solubility in many thermoplastics during processing. They form a stable molecular solution in the processed plastic solution, and have excellent color strength in opaque dyeing compatible with white and colored pigments, which can easily produce a highly saturated opaque color. Therefore, solvent dye is an ideal colorant for all kinds of plastics, which has the advantages of strong coloring power, good heat resistance, high sun fastness, acid and alkali resistance, bright color and so on. At present, it is widely used in coloring of daily plastic, engineering plastic, bobbin material, oil color separation, paint ink, masterbatch and other materials. Some varieties are suitable for pre spinning coloring of chemical fiber, polyester, nylon, acetate fiber and so on.

3、 Dye application:

When the above dyes are dissolved in the plastic melt, they have a certain molecular distribution. When coloring various plastics, a certain proportion of dyes can be directly added into the plastics to mix evenly, and then it can be pre molded or molded, and the color concentration can be adjusted according to the demand. In the transparent and clean resin, the dye can obtain bright transparent color. If it is used with appropriate titanium dioxide and pigment, it can obtain translucent or opaque color. The dosage can be determined according to the needs. The general dosage of transparent tone is 0.02-0.05%, and the normal dosage of opaque tone is about 0.05-0.1%.
